Would this nice cam work? Help me out bros!

Would this cam work with a 350 tpi maf with edel. headers and upgraded igition,I can buy it new for $149-please dont tell me to get this or that,i want to buy a cam without upgrading my heads.
New Engine Works #135284HR Hydraulic Roller Camshaft for Chevrolet 305 350 383 stroker small blocks 1987and up blocks.This is an upgrade for the HO Roller.Good everyday performance with increased HP and Torque in midrange.Will work with stock computer.It does have a fuel pump ecentric.Made in USA.This is for cam only.Will require roller lifters.
