Code 54 fuel pump relay

Code 54 fuel pump relay
So I failed inspection for a check engine code 54. Something to do with the fuel pump. It makes it hard to start when cold and it cranks forever. He says to start with the relay and if its not the relay then its probly the pump.
Can someone tell me where the relay is and possibly a part number or something?
Help is greatly appreciated since inspection runs out in 3 days.

Hope it's not too late for you, but the relay should be up by the brake booster, on the right (looking from the front).
