here's step by step instructions:
- remove the fog lights
- move the smog canister to garage shelf. do not disconnect hoses and wires.
- open the air cleaner assembly
- rotate base 90 degrees clockwise
- close air filter assembly
air from fog holes is directed to fender. on the fender there's a big hole just around air filter assembly, so the intake is pointing the cold air from the fender! that's it

however, i still think u would get cooler air leaving it there, thats how the SLP set up works. alot of air still gets in there.

Or do it the poor way and cut big holes in the air box ...... more air instead of through that stupid silence ring/tube.
