i got a 1988 ta with a 305 tpi..all stock..except with a jet rad fan switch...after driving the car and getting the car hot and then letting it sit there for 20 minutes or so...i have a hard starting problem...it cranks then dies..about the third crank it starts but has a low and rought idle....it doesnt stumble or hesitation...but when u come to a stop after taking off...it has a low idle of 600...i know that is the factory idle speed...but it idles low and will die..then hard to get started again....it will throw a code 34...mass air flow sensor..after 4 or 5 times of doing this....i can pull the ecm fuse and reset the ecm and it will fire up on the first time and run great...i have good fuel pressure and it is a new mass air flow sensor...just did a full tune up in it about 3500 miles ago....no vacuam leaks...and i checked the pressure regulator and it is good...it also will start doing this after reseting the ecm and driving 20 miles or more...anybody had this problem?..thanks for any help!!!
