MSD Upgrade is this right???

Im upgrading every part of my ignition from plugs to ign and I have collect the part #'s I think are right for my car, I just need a second or third etc etc opinion on whether these are correct or not, I pulled them all from Summit so Im pretty sure there right.

MSD-31189 8.5mm universal wire setup V8 - should I get custom for this instead??
MSD-6200 6A ignition
MSD-8223 Blaster 3 coil - no diff between 2 and 3 right???
MSD-8410 Rotor - just need this replaced
MSD-8426 Cap - just need replaced

and I was think a bosch platinum, most people say +4 is a waste so what about the (+2)?? or the regular, any good, I want something very good but not race read (don't need that yet)

Any help on this will be great.

For plugs the AC's are just fine. As for the wires i have the MSD 8.5 the universal fit and it worked good but if you are willing i would cut them yourself but the universal will work fine. I have the blaster 2 and love it to death. And for rotor and cap sson i will be getting those from MSD but everything you mention sounds perfect.

I have pretty much what you mentioned... although I am not sure on the part numbers... I may be able to fish them up. If you get the custom fit wires for your car, one of the wires WILL be short. Unless they gave me the wrong set. But I double checked, and they said it was the right part number. The wires I got were for a BB Chevy. :/ Anywho... it all works good though. Looks nice too... it'll look better when I get my polished plenum and runners on there, as well as my blueprinted and flow matched injectors which I am getting painted red to match the MSD parts.

So if you got the BB and one was too short would that mean the SB would be really short or ????

Is there a kit that you can put your own together????

Like a build your own or is that what I have listed???

i siad i had the SB kit and it works but there is one wire that was a little hard for me to get on i think it is 6 or 8 but its all a matter of finding how to route it.

I've got the same box and coil on my car.
My friend has a 90 Formula 350 with the SLP T-Ram and same box and coil, works great for him, my doesn't run yet, so I can't tell you if it does anything better than stock.
This is where I mounted my box, I need to move it now......

....since I installed this cool SLP Dual Cold Air Intake.
