Were do I start?

I am trying to get my engine running smoothly and need some help from you TPI brainiac's. My engine has the following.
355ci, flat top pistons, Sportman II heads,
Comp Cams 12-404-4 (Lift .464, Dur .268op .276 closed), Heddman Headers, Accel Fuel Pump, K&N Air Filter,Stock 91 TPI setup with 7730 ecm. 19lb injectors. Adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
-------------------------------------------
At present I have a rough idle with low vacuum. Engine wants to sputter and has little throttle response at take-off.

Any ideas on were to go and what to look for? I am a newbie to all this ECM stuff and learn a bunch from you guys. I appreciate your help and patience.

Chris

My initial thoughts are that you're in for a PROM change. Also, what is the LSA of the cam? 112 - 114 LSA should work fine for the speed density ECM. Any lower could cause erratic vacuume signals. (I think )

U may wanna check to see if your intake is sealed. If it's not then when u step on the gas u will be sucking in extra air and would make the engine sputter.
