removal of port runners

i am in the process of resealin my intake,
and my question is, for those of you who
have removed the port runners, once you remove all of the bolts, it should come right off right? well mine won't, or am i missing any,
or do i have to pull the fuel rail out first?
any help would be appreciated

there are hidden bolts on the inside of the runners and there are bolts on the bottom inbetween the runner pairs you have probably missed some bolts or your runners have been put on with sealent.

i have already removed the plenum and tb,
so all of the bolts are out of the top
and on the bottom, i have one of the hidden bolts on the backside taken out on one side,
but it still wouldn't come off?
im going to get the backside bolt off the other side when i do the fuel rail tommorrow.
hopefully once that is off, it will help
