Classifieds--A temporary Forum?

I just wanted to run it by the moderators...

Since the classified link has been broken and is taking longer than expected. (a "few days" as seen on the temp link) Would it be possible to create a temporary classifieds forum? I don't know how the revamp is going, but I think it would benefit us all to be able to post our ads. We're all very thankful for the resource this site has become, but I think this may be a decent solution for their extended effors. Thanks!

A temporary forum would be nice. A permanent forum would be even better.

I agree also. It seems to be working well over at camaroz28.com.

Agreed, a forum setup would work much better.

I was going to suggest the same thing...but was afraid that the moderators would get mad since it wouldnt be "sticking to the subject of thier forum". But I guess I wasnt the only one out there. It would be a good idea to make a temporary classified forum...and it would probably be even better to make it permanent. Maybe we should consider this.

No need to clutter the boards and make more work for dirk to creat another board.
There isn't one good reason why there should be a classifieds board since the add section is dedicated to selling stuff and organizing it into parts, state, you name it.
Be more patient and trust me, you'll like the new layout!
