what will i gain or lose buy installing a solid lifter cam in my car and what else besides the cam and lifters will i need to replace

I strongly suggest staying with hydraulic

You will gain little to nothing below 6000 rpm and lose the ability to drive thousands of miles before adjusting vavle lash. Not Worth it.
