Has this been done?

Can you swap Lt1 heads and intake on to an l98 and still mantain the origanal electronics? I have seen the lt1 intake swap done by its self, but would it save the headache of fabrication to just use lt1 heads as well. then the only fab needed is to drill the lt1 intake for a distributer.

I think that I have heard about it being done, but the heads require a LOT of fabing themselves. From what I have seen it would probably be easier to do it with just the intake and definately cheaper.

It can ,and has, been done, but the machine work involved is not worth it considering the LT1 heads are not that much better than AL L98s (i.e. any aftermarket head is better)
