Did I take to much material off the exhaust valve guide?

I started porting my 601 heads on 2 of the exhaust ports,,,, Obviously there no were near done but I was wondering if I took to much off the exhaust guides or if I just need to take a little off the top of the guides and keep em flat (like I was told to do) and then deepen the space inbetween the guide and the bowl walls? thanks....

Zoom out and get some longer photos. IT's a little difficult to see the whole picture there.

It appears that you could have left a little more guide for durability. Remember that it might look pretty to remove all the guide boss you can, but even with NO guide there is still going to be a valve stem going right through there, so you can't eliminate all the flow obstruction.

The head is probably serviceable, but a long view with good lighting might reveal more.
