I know this vacuum line goes into the wiring harness. Does anyone know what it connects to?

Goes to the climate control panel, specifically the vent select switch. There are a couple small doors in the air ducting that control which vents the air comes out. The doors are operated via vacuum servos, like the big one under the hood for the cruise control.
