will not run fuel problem HELP

i wrote a forum awhile back but i did not get any responses so lets try it again. i have a 1987 iroc-z camaro 305 tpi automatic. i just got the car off the previous owner who installed a fuel pump, drove it a few miles and it died out but started back up immediately and they drove it home. But it would not start the next day. i got the car charged the battery, and went to start it, it will run for a fraction of a second and then die right off. if you spray starter fluid in it it will stay running until the starter fluid burns off. i have changed the fuel filter, fuel pump rely, and i am getting 41 psi pressure on the fuel rail. i have tried switching the ecm with my running 305 tpi iroc-z which is also and 87 but that didn't help either. really i am out of ideas. can any one please help? does anyone have and ideas on what could be bad and how to check it?

Did you check the injectors with an ohm meter? Get a reading acoss the pins and should read between 12 to 15 ohms. If you don't get this values the injector is bad. Bad injectors will make the engine will act funny.
