Need Help ASAP on FPR screws
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
OK,I give up. I have a 85 305 TPI/700r4 Camaro. I need to replace fuel pressure regulator diaphram and cannot find correct tork or whatever it is style socket to remove the top of the regulator. They look like a small tork with a little stem or nipple in the center. Anyone know what size or what type of tool is needed to remove this regulator cover? I also posted this question on General Engine/Tech

Re: Need Help ASAP on FPR screws
I just took a regular size torx socket and drove it down some, breaking the post in the middle, then clean out hole and screw out bolts.
I've done that a couple times okay.

Just fyi, you can put a regular torx in it , itll go in just a hair deep, and tap it with a small hammer till it seats in there about half way or so. Its better to do this with the fpr off the car , on a table or bench.
