305 to 350 swap
Ok. I know all the info is in these boards somewhere but I'm having trouble putting it all together and finding all the answers.
I have an 89 TPI Firebird. I also rebuilt a 350 a while back. The 350 is a 70's motor so it is non-roller and non center bolt heads and hydraulic cam lifters.
1) If I keep the old heads I would need to modify the intake correct?
2) If I use the 305 heads do I need to change the bottom end for roller gear?
3) I need to use bigger injectors and change some computer gear correct?
4) I need to find an old style flex plate?
5) All accessories will bolt onto the front?
6) Should I just plop a carb on the 350 and forget about the tpi?
Thanks for any answers and suggestions.

You need a flexplate for a 2 piece rear main seal.
Yes
That's a question that only you can answer.
