What should I do for improvements??

Hi this is the first time I have posted here. I have a 1992 Camaro RS with the b4c package that I just purchased. It's very nice but I would like to do some things to make it a little better without going crazy.
I bought hooker comp shorties and I was going to have a local performance shop put them on. They have to do a little cutting of old pipes and shaping to make fit. Dual cats and all.
Anyway while I am having this done was going to go with after market roller rocker arms, and adjustable fuel regulator. The guy at shop suggested 1.5 rocker arms. When I called summit they said I wouldn't see that much of a difference and should go with 1.6. Will these be better and will they hit the stock valve covers?
Also wanted to do under pulley system with tune and burn a chip.

Any suggestions from the group.
