Stock intake flow?

Hello, all

I have a strong running 350 in my 92 GTA, I am however running a SR intake.
The car runs very well but i am starting to wonder how much my stock plastic tubing and small airfilter can are really holding me back. Has any one ever flowed one to see what it can really do? To those with 3" cold air kits would this be a good idea? I have been able to data log this car and i notice that my WOT map readings will fall to the mid to low 90's at WOT. Any idea's?

I did try a search but i was unable to find a answer, So to be really clear is the stock Bird intake really that bad? what if any kind should i be looking for if it needs to be swaped out? thanks inadvance for any and all replies. GTA
