wat does your cars idle at???
wat does your cars idle at??? is 800rpm to much after fully warmed up? i am running stand alone, if that make a difference.

My car idles around 700-800rpm with a mild cam fully warm.on cold startup it idles around 900..sometimes 1000 extremely cold and works its way down after a few mins.

When cold my maro idles at around 1500 when first started and then makes its way to around 750 when warmed up. Forgot to mention it's a stock RS with open element.

Cold start, around 1450 then goes down to 750 fully warmed and PARK

If the stock tach is to be believed 1300 cold start, 700 when warmed up and in park, 600 in gear. Completely stock (as far as i know) except a K&N air filter.

Mine is about 1500 at cold start and about 650 when at warm idle and 600 in gear.

LT4 hot cam, Vortec heads. Cold idle is 1200 (scanner shows desired RPM as 1182), after warm up it idles at 800-850 in gear. Scanner at that point shows desired idle as 900. Still running the stock torque converter.

cool, i feel better about my idle. mine is 800-850. just seemed a lil high
