I have a 92 Heritage Camaro, it is a TPI fuel injected engine 305 I am having a problem with it hope somebody can help. The last several weeks been driving car have been smelling gas, last night went to crank car it would not crank unless someone was hand idling while someone was inside turning it over, would not idle had to put in neutral to drive it home 2 miles just as I pulled in driveway it started idling and turned it off cranked right up and went out this morning it cranked right up. Do you think it could be the fuel regulator need some advice. It is a everyday driver car.

 

I wnder if the fuel cannister is full of fuel? Pull a hose off of iot, and take a sniff.
