Do I need my PROM reburned?

Im just wondering if I should have a PROM burned for my car or not. It still has the factory PROM in it and I have put in an aftermarket cam (260/260 duration, .444"/.444" lift, 112 LSA) and I have converted it from an automatic to a 5 speed. Would I really benefit from a prom change or should I be alright?

You'll need to at least find a stick bin, and then probably have to change fuel and timing tables at least.
Better go over to DIY PROM and memorize the stickies.
