fuel feed line tpi
the rubber hose on the end of the fuel feed line that connects to the tpi with connectors on each end , is that a must have for pressure maybe or could i just use 2 hose clamps and a piece of hose from a ps cooler or someting like that?
there is no fuel coming out of the injectors. there is fuel there just not coming out.

No hose clamps and no P/S hose. Try some NOID lights and see if the injectors are firing. Also check the pressure at the rail.

I was asking what kind of hose could i use in its place? i have been to every junk yard in town and looked at every parts house and i can not find that hose.

You could try the Chevy dealer or Ebay. Another option would be to run braided stainless lines from the hard lines on the fender to the fuel rails.

You should be able to find the Saginaw fittings on other GM trucks, or cars with EFI, if not the Saginaw power steering pump (which is what GM uses) use the same fittings. Find a Express, or Astro van that uses hydoboost power brake assist it will have the fittings (males only) you just need to cut off the hard line ends and clamp the fuel hose on to them.
I may have the old line from my car if I do you can have them for the cost of shipping.
Notes:
- Only the saginaw fittings with a 9/16" wrench flats will fit the fuel female fittings
- The power steering fittings are 1/4" shorter than the male fuel line fiittings measure the depth of the female fitting before using
- Don't lose the o-ring that's on the end of the tubing

You can also adapt to the line with a steel compression coupler, then connect that to a Hoffman pressure hose connector. They are available through most reputable industrial hydraulics distributors, and are rated for fuels, oils, and gasses to 5,000 PSIG. They are the nuts for repairing oil cooler lines, too.
