Hello all,

I have a 90 350 tpi gta and had a question on the air cleaner hose assembly.
The guy I bought the car from had deleted the hose assembly entirely and
installed a k&n filter directly connected to the throttle body.
I want to put it back to stock and replace with an "original" hose assembly.
My question is I have heard a few times that the hose assembly from
earlier tpi engines won't work for some reason?
So can I get a air cleaner hose assembly from an earlier tpi car and install it
or will I have to modify it in some way?
From what I heard, the earlier ones have the maf in there. Can't I just eliminate that portion (cut it out or somethin) and it work?
