what do i need?
this summer im going to try to save up for a junkyard 350 tpi motor (if i can find one) and rebuild it...but im not a mechanic, my father is and will be helping me with this project but i just have two questions.
1.) if i try to do a 350 tpi, do ineed a tpi block? or can i use a different motor that may possibly have the same bolt patters to fit the tpi intake manifold?
2.) to swap out a 305 for a 350, what exactly would i need? i know that there are a lot of similar items on a 305 and a 350 such as the distributor, the intake manifold, and such...but i also know that there are other differences between the 305 and 350 such as i'll need a larger cooling fluid resevior and other things...is there a sticky or anything that would tell me exactly what i'd need toswap motors?
