2.02" / 1.60" valves work in a 3.735" bore?
Just wounding if they will fit from my understanding it depends on the cylinder heads. iv heard it will work and iv heard it wont. i know some racers have used these sized valves on 0.60 over bored 305 blocks. so whats the deal? would these size valves in any head work with a stock sized bore ?

There are a lot more variables than just the valve sizes. The valve spacing, location, and angle (think TFS twisted wedge) are a factor as well as cam lift and duration.
All that aside, the shrouding of the valve because of its close proximity to the bore on a 305 makes them a really bad choice regardless of whether they fit or not.

2.02" plus 1.60" gives you 3.62". That gives you only .0055" left of space (half of .011" on each side) between the valves and the cylinder walls on each side of the valve. Not an ideal situation. And that assumes the intake and exhaust valve are touching each other in the center. Stick with 1.94"/1.50" valves.
