Stock TPI Proting?
Can you port a stock TPI Intake Base to flow with AS&M Large Tube Runners and Trick Flow Heads?
Any idea on how big you can open the ports up?
What are the differences between the Stock Third Gen TPI Bases?
I have looked for this info and have not found the answer.
Thanks

Re: Stock TPI Proting?
the 305 and 350 base manifolds are the same stock pieces, as well as the rest of the parts (runners, plenum, tb) the only differences lies in the sensors for the engine, the injector sizes, and the computer and tuning. im not sure if you can open up the stock manifold enough to work well with AS&M runners, never tried them. i dont see why not, but i do foresee alot of work going into that base. probably have to match it with the gaskets from the AS&M runners to get an idea of how much work you need to do. best of luck!
p.s.- all the same goes for the TFS heads.
