V6 to V8 swap

hi i got an 86 with the LB8 V6 with 5 speed, i found a TPI motor with accessorys, ECM, and wiring harness and i also found a T5 rebuilt to handle it but what else will i need to change?

front suspension, motor mounts etc.....lots of work.......your better off finding a factory V8 car
