My car is throwing a code 32 every once in a while and I would like get an idea on the best way to diagnose without throwing parts at it. The car runs good when cold, but develops a rough idle once the car is at full operating temp. It does not stall, but feels as though there is a miss. That condition does not depend on the SES light being on. It is always like that. I am making the assumption that the idle degrades when warm due to the EGR system not functioning correctly. Would like to determine what part of the EGR system 'could' be responsible. Thanks for your help guys!!

You don't say what your car is, but if it's one with the EGR temp sensor, that's what it's likely complaining about. Here's a page from the '87 shop manual if it helps.
