Odd issues with L98

Recently purchases a '89 GTA with a MAF TPI 350. The issue I'm having is that when the right bank injector fuse (F/P Inj 2) is in place the motor will turn over but not run. As soon as I pull that fuse out it will run but obviously only on the left bank injectors. As soon as I plug in the fuse for the right bank the motor dies. With the fuse in (durring cranking) the injectors pulse (using a noid light) and there is appx 39psi fuel pressure at the schrader valve on the right bank fuel rail. Plugs, wires, and coil have been replaced and the cap and rotor are in good working condition. On a whim I check the fuse cradle for Inj 2 and both sides are showing appx 13v. When the fuse is in it a ts as if it's getting no fuel as I sprayed injector fluid in the intake and it ran ...

you have a shorted injector or injectors on that bank, 89 uses junk multec injectors that like to short out. you can measure the resistance across each injector to see which ones are shorted. they should read ~12.5 to 16 ohms, any thin below that is bad.

That's interesting. My engine is '89 L98 350. All of my stock (I believe) injectors read 17.5-17.6 ohms. Does that mean they've been replaced before? Their flow is supposed to be 22lb/hr right?
