Where can I get replacement hard vacuum lines for a TPI?

You can't. They just don't make them anymore. Your options are finding good used ones in a junkyard (good luck with that too by the way), or making new ones from rubber vaccum line available at the local parts store. The factory lines looked nice and neat, but they just didn't last forever.

If you mean the small ones (1/8 and 3/16) hard plastic ones, Advance and most other parts stores have them. They are usually in a blister pack rolled up. They are tough to get straight again though. Use a hair dryer or other heat source.
