87 TPI 5.0 Air foil/idle problem

I had issues with idle sticking on high.After adjust minimum idle and TPS.It's alot better..So i put a airfoil on,and it screwed up my idle big time.Would not come down.I took it off,and the idle is coming back down again.Any clue y the airfoil did that??? I haven't taken off the TB to clean yet,but did clean out the bores best i could not long ago..But i didn't clean out the whole/passage way where IAC goes..Could that be the issue?

That could definately be your problem. You could also have a leak somewhere in the TB, just make sure you use new gaskets when reassembling it after cleaning.
