Car: 86 Iroc

Engine: TPI 305

Transmission: auto

High Idle

I have an 86 305 tpi camaro auto trans. Any time i start it weather its hot or cold it will idle up to 1100 rpm and stay there for about 15 secs. then drop down to around 850. any one have any suggestions on what would cause this. ive checked timeing, no vac leak, no ses.
