Can anyone recommend a good, not super expensive replacement injector for a 91 L98? GM injectors are like $800, Im a little worried about using Standard Motor Co. brand injectors. I've never had good luck with any electrical parts made by Standard. Opinions on Accel, or Vemon injectors?

Re: injectors

Venom sucks. I've heard all bad things about them.

Accel is very good in my opinion, if you want some cheap injectors, I have a set of 24# injectors by Accel that are less than a year old. They aren't the original pound (L98 is 21#) but they still are very good imo. Less than 3000 miles on them.

PM me if interested!

Re: injectors

I have heard that Accel's can be noisy. I would recommend talking to Jon at FuelinjectionConnection.com (FIC). He is a straight shooter, and will give good advise. I got a set of remanufactured Bosch II's from him, and they work great. They have a video on U-tube that will show you the spray pattern of different brands. Seeing that led me to the Bosch's.
