How much hp can the stock block handle if I run 8psi? Its a auto Trans am, will the trany and rear end handle the 8spi aswell?

8psi is about the max you should run on a stock bottom end. from what i'm told, a stock bottom end can hold about 500 horse before you start running the risk of popping it. also depends on the mileage (rings worn, etc).
