This doesnt look right....

The way these vacuum lines are ran doesnt look right to me.

Here you can see there is a vac line coming off of the TB and going to the heater valve. I thought a line coming out from next to the trans dip stick was suppose to connect here?

Here is where one of the vac lines by the trans dip stick goes

The other one runs to the front of the motor, adapts to a lager plastic line, then crosses under the TB and then to the canister.

Does this all look ok to you guys or do i need to redo some vac lines?

Re: This doesnt look right....

If memmory serves me correctly, there are two small dia. hard plastic hvac lines that come out of the harness on the pass. side firewall kinda between the blower motor and coil, the heater valve connects to one of these, im not sure if it matters to which one it connects to. The two connectors on the pass. side of the T.B connnect to your evap. cannister and to your pass. side valve cover pcv valve. Hope this helps.

Re: This doesnt look right....

here's a diagram , as 89Resto said, the hard plastic line should go to the heater control valve in your first pic.

Re: This doesnt look right....

Ok, so if I switch the small plastic line coming from the pass. side firewall to the heater valve, then the one currently going to the heater valve to the evap. canister then it should be good. Thanks guys!

As Kuzman said "yup"
That one is not right for sure as the heater valve is connected to ported vacuum which means no heat at idle.

And, yes it does matter the violet colored tube must be connected to the vacuum reservoir.
