im looking to do a tpi swap into my 1985 monte carlo ss.i motor needs to be replaced so i have a vortec 350 long block and most of the tpi.the car has a t5 from a camaro in it already so i would like to keep it for now. so my question is can i keep the t5 with the 411 pcm swap?

Yes you can. The PCM doesn't care much about a manual transmission.
If using a distributor application
Load an 01-02 Express Van calibration and disable the 4L60E/4L80E DTCs that will appear.
If using a coil per cylinder application
Load a calibration from a Camaro/Firebird with manual transmission and disable any reverse lockout or skip shift DTCs that appear.
If using a distributor application
