Can a LT1 Intake be converted for a vortec styl head?

i have been stuck in a battle between carb and tpi just to use my vortec heads. vortec base plate costs so much i might as well go with a vortec HSR but no one sells them used and carb is a bit riskey due to emissions even though my plates are from michigan i live in arizona i think the cops might still look. the only cheaper option i can see instead of buying a used vortec setup is to possibly get the LT1 style intake machined to fit the angle of my vortec heads and get holes drilled. is it possible to get the angle cut in the intake for the heads?

Vortecs are regular SBC 23 degree heads. The problem is with the shape of the port.
Vortec ports are much taller than regular heads which the LT1 has
LT4 intake with the raised ports might fit but they are more expensive than a HSR
