IAC Problems
IAC Problems
Motor is 1988, Car is 1990.
There is a different Computer and IAC in the 1988 than there was in the 1990.
I am having a sealing problem with the IAC to where it is causing a vacuum leak through it, would having a 90 computer and an 88 IAC have anything to do with this?
seems like i can not get the IAC to extend unless i put the car into default mode, even then when i can hear it extend it still has the leak.
btw its not a sealing issue where it screws into the TB, its where the cone head meets the air passage.
Please Help

Re: IAC Problems
anyone have an idea on this?
If an 88 TPI Motor got dropped into a 90 Camaro, MAF Removed and MAP Added, what sensors need to be changed?
i know the knock sensor is different, what about TPS, 02 sensor, IAC,
Need Help On This, would like to get it running.
