906 or 060 heads with tpis big mouth
I know a stock tpi base wont work with vortec heads but will the tpis big mouth work on a set of 906 vortec heads?

The last time I bothered to check, the only TPI intake I know of that'll work with the Vortec heads is the Scoggin-Dickey one that's specifically made for TPI w/Vortecs. I think you meant to say 062 heads, which is the other Vortec casting, and their ports are setup exactly the same as the 906's. If TPIS started making a Vortec TPI intake, it's news to me.

According to the TPIS web site, they do offer an option to use the MiniRam on Vortec heads although the heads will have to be drilled for the standard Chevy manifold bolt pattern.
