89 350TPI:

the car won't hold idle til its warm first of all... after it's warm it will idle ok, but jsut recently, 2 times, while i was stopped the idle shot up to like 2200rpm for no reason. check engine light came on shortly after with code 21 and 32. i have yet to check the ground circuit for tps but i am assuming bad sensor - although i checked sensor voltages all ok...

32 EGR - any reason both codes at same time????

all vacuum lines to EGR are on and ok.
