Bad ground? Sounds like it might be wiring, seeing as how you've replaced everything else.

Whats the fuel pressure at? Whats it at when it dies?
Is there a AFPR on it? If so turn the pressure up and see what happens.
Turn it up to 48psi.
If it starts with starting fluid, and then dies about 20 mins later, you would think it was a fuel issue.
Whats all been changed? Like you said start all over again, just because its been replaced, doesn't mean its not bad again.
Fuel pump, make sure your vent line is not plugged up. (or return line to the tank). It could be starving itself out because its not breathing properly.
fuel filter?
