Transmission: t5
Axle/Gears: stock
DTC 38 code

i have a 91 z28 305 5sp. i out a cam in it when this started happening. its not the cam because its FOR the tpi cars. my CEL comes on after 30 min of driving. it says dtc 38, and my car runs rough. any ideas?

it says its brake off? and my car is running rich. but its timed right. its at 6*
