86 Z not getting fuel

I just picked up an 86 Z28 that doesn't run. It has spark , and will fire up with starting fluid. The schraeder valve is wet when I push it in but no pressure( I don 't have a gauge at the moment). Where is the fuel pump relay located? what does it look like? Should I just go for the pump ? Any help is appreciated.
