uh oh, smoke!

just about 2 weeks ago my intake manifold gasket blew up and was throwing antifreeze all over my engine compartment. i replaced the gasket, and what a pain that was, and i was babying it thinking that something could go wrong when i had to give it a good amount of gas today and now there's white smoke coming from the tail pipe whenever i start it....any idea what this could be??
it doesnt really smell like antifreeze and ive had valve seal problems for a while and already attempted to do that job once and it just smokes less at the start up but yet this smoke doesnt quite smell like burning oil either. i cant put my finger on what it smells like.
anyone have any ideas on this? any input will be greatly appreciated cuz this is my daily driver and i cant afford another car yet.
thank you!

Re: uh oh, smoke!

Sounds like you may have got some antifreeze mixed with your oil when you blew the gaskets. Cheak your oil for possible foaming, the antifreeze probably leaked into the cylinders via the heads. I have seen it before in other cars when a head gasket goes
