Help with air cleaner

I have a 90 305 tpi. What gives better perfomance, the cold air induction or a k&n filter hook up directly to the throttle body?

Re: Help with air cleaner

the k&n on the tb will suck in the warmer air from the engine bay, you would be better off with the CAI kit.
