Leaking Holley AFPR

Has anyone had this type of issue? I intend to tear it apart and find out whats going on but, is this a common problem? I only had it on the car for a year. Can I get replacement parts if i need to?

Thanks.

Re: Leaking Holley AFPR

Well, I tore it apart and the rubber diaphragm looked like it blew out from the inner metal press fitted plates. I removed the rubber and opened the plates. I then used black permatex inside of the plates and reinstalled the rubber. it is now press clamped in my vise until tomorrow. Hope this works..........

Same thing happened to mine and I heard they go out pretty often, I order a Kirban AFPR it looks a lot better and works great. I've been runing it for about a year without problems. It's a direct fit.

Re: Leaking Holley AFPR

As of a couple of weeks ago Holley had no replacement diaphragms in stock. The wait time was several weeks as Holley claimed that there was no demand for this part. Plan B would buy an complete AFPR kit even though the diaphragm itself was short money (I bought what must have been the only one last year).

Re: Leaking Holley AFPR

My Holley AFPR did the same thing, three times in a row! I was able to buy replacement diaphragms from Holley each time. Finally gave up and tossed it in the garbage where it belongs.
