i notice when the car is idiling it seems pretty high but anyhow when i put it in gear, the rpms will drop a bit and when you release off the brakes it will move you without any need in gas one bit, even in a decent sloped driveway. If she's idiling for a few minutes it will slowly get a lower idle, but it will also when idiling, idle high for a sec. then lower down and then idle higher again. Is this normal? i'll add a vid with the start up, idle, and gear idle.

ok the vid i will post shows her starting up/idiling. then placing in reverse, then nuteral and back and forth one more time. then starting at park position, all the way down and back up. and then more idle

Fuel injected vehicles do just that. You let of the brake and she will go as fas as 15 mph when cold because it'll be in open loop. Seems like one of 3 things may be going on;
1. the TPS is going bad
2. the IAC valve is going bad
3. there is a vacuum leak

Are there any trouble codes (SES Light on)?
