Okay, I have an 87 tpi, for a 305, 305 computer, and all 305 sensor. This is going on my 350, which is from a 93 ck1500 pickup. Before you write anything wait.I know a 305 uses 19 lb injectors, and slightly different computer mapping. I have no concerns with emissions. A stock 5.7 tpi cam is rated at 0.274 int and 0.285 exh lift at .050". My 93 ck1500 camshaft is rated at 0.260int and 0.273 exh.and is not a roller camshaft. Because of this camshaft with less lift, and because this engine uses a Maf and will measure airflow, I really dont think I would need to change to a 350 ecu and 22 lb injectors. Again, because the cam lift is lower.Also, I have a 305 ecu, wiring, sensors, and the 19lb injectors, all compatible. Any one have any input? I would greatly appreciate it.
