BBK T-body question

BBK T-body question
Got a 58mm BBK T-Body for next to nothing, but it appears to be one for an LT1. It needs a TP sensor, but the one from my 89 doesn't match. Can I put one on from an LT1 and rewire the TPS or will this unit not work on my L98? Thanks for any advice.
