HELLO EVERYBODY. I HAVE '92 RS WITH A 305 TBI. IM DOING SOME RESEARCH ON A TPI SWAP. I THINK IM GOING TO GO WITH SPEED DENSITY.I WAS JUST LOOKING TO SEE IF ANYONE HAS DONE THIS SWAP AND HAS WELL DOCUMENTED IT. LOOKING FOR STEP-BY-STEP INFORMATION AND PRECEDURES FOR THIS SWAP.

I did this swap about 15 years ago on my 89 except I went maf not s/d. The best advice I can give you is to make sure all your parts come from a 92 donor car, so all the connectors will have the same pinouts on them.
You'll need to change the fuel pump, the throttle cable, the tv cable, you'll need an ecm and prom and engine harness from a 92 305 tpi car.
There's probably more stuff too, but thats what I can think of right now.
