i just change the spark plugs and wires and i still here pops from the exhaust when the engine gets hot. when its cold it sounds fine but then when i start driving it around for like 15 minutes and stop at a red light i could feel and hear little pops from the exhaust. and i notice that the rpms move a little down when it pops. when this happens i feel the car shake a little. is my timing off? can some one please help.

 

It does sound like your timing is off. Did you turn the distributor while you were changing the plug wires. You can easily check it by unplugging the tan/black wire (EST) next to the HVAC box. The timing should be 6 degrees.

Do your plug wires touch eachother? This can cause arcing.

Lastly, you could have a bad spark plug. This is the most likely cause if your timing is not off.
